The non-profit lender that dedicated millions to a local recycling facility expansion has opened its doors in Klamath Falls.
Craft3, a Seattle-based non-profit lender, is now co-located at Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union on Washburn Way, according to a news release sent out Wednesday. The firm’s Klamath Falls expansion was first announcned back in July 2017. Stephanie Hirche, who worked at Banner Bank in Eugene, will be the first staff member at the location.
“Craft3 has a great track record of bringing resources to rural communities throughout the north west,” President and CEO of Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union Chad Olney said in a news release.
In August 2017, Craft3 announced that it would put $7 million toward expansions to the area’s REACH, Inc. recycling facility.
The firm has met with community leaders and continues to look into physical office spaces for a permanent location in the future.
